Cabinet Hardware Pros provides cabinet hardware installation, replacement, and related home-service work within the Las Vegas metropolitan area. We reserve the right to refuse or decline service in situations where safety, accessibility, or other concerns are present.


2. Quotes & Pricing

  • Quotes are provided based on the information you provide at the time of request.
  • Final pricing may vary depending on the actual scope of work during the appointment.
  • Additional charges may apply for unforeseen conditions (misaligned drilling, repairs, unusual materials, etc.).
  • You will be notified of any price changes before work continues.

3. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Appointment dates and times are not guaranteed until confirmed by us.
  • We reserve the right to reschedule due to emergencies, staffing, or unforeseen circumstances.
  • Clients must ensure safe access to the work area and clear countertops, cabinets, and drawers where work will occur.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
  • Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future service.
  • If we arrive and cannot access the work area, a trip charge may apply.

5. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide truthful and accurate information about the project.
  • Ensure that chosen hardware is compatible with your cabinets or furniture.
  • Clear the workspace of fragile or valuable items prior to service.
  • Supervise pets and household conditions for safety.

6. Hardware Provided by Customer

  • We are not responsible for defects in customer-provided hardware.
  • If hardware is missing pieces, incompatible, defective, or insufficient in quantity, additional time or costs may apply.
  • We may refuse to install hardware that appears unsafe, damaged, or unsuitable.

7. Warranty & Satisfaction

  • Our installation work is covered by a limited workmanship warranty for 30 days.
  • This warranty does not cover hardware defects, misuse, accidental damage, or changes caused by environmental factors.
  • We do not guarantee alignment or performance issues caused by pre-existing cabinet flaws, previous drilling, or warping.
  • We reserve the right to determine what qualifies as a workmanship issue.

8. Liability Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cabinet Hardware Pros is not liable for any:

  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Damage resulting from faulty or incompatible hardware provided by the customer
  • Damage caused by pre-existing structural issues or cabinetry defects
  • Delays or failure to perform due to events beyond our control

Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service performed.


9. Payments

You agree to pay all fees associated with services provided. Payment is due upon completion unless otherwise agreed in writing.


10. Use of the Website
